yes, scouting, She often perches and observes an Area of 500 yards or more for potential raids, break-ups and just general swag to pillage in the city.  This often ends with her butting heads with the punks, but she cuts them in if there's anything they're after that she can live without having

I decided to set it at night since alot of the action happens after the sun sets in new York, Rayven's Supposed to be on an old Building above a large Lot surrounded by Lights hence the light glare in the bottom of the screen

and yes i realize she looks like a Gargoyle perched like that; Originally with Talen, her Main TMNT counterpart, i designed her image to be more Griffon-like, but the face kept causing me visual and mental pain (Not to mention a risk of Carpal Tunnel X__X )

So i rebooted her a long time ago to have a more feline-like face ((Not just cuz i wanted her kissing Leo to look good and no awkward)) but just visually and Aesthetically it looked alot better, the feet and hands i couldn't figure out for-forever though cuz 5 digits weren't always normal for animals, and she's only got 1/16 of human DNA in her to keep her body stable.  one day, I tuned into one of the Disney Channels when they were still playing Gargoyles, and BING-BANG-BOOM! I designed her body to be more like a Gargoyle's Body since it fit best with her being an Almalgam-mutant of a lion and Eagle

this also applies to Rayven since she's the Street Punks Alt. of Talen, only Rayven here's alot more hard core, and lethal than Talen tends to be, and yes those wings are functioning, i've just yet to draw them
